Pattern Project

I've been working on this project for a few months now and I NEED to finish it! I'm developing a new pattern. It is always an exciting and stimulating process but because there is no deadline like Market (I'm a 'not ready for prime time player' still) sometimes my imaginary time line gets pushed back because of life and other projects that sneak ahead. We all know what that is like.
But I'm very near the end so I'm pushing through and hope to have my flimsy ready within the week (crossing my fingers).
The fabrics and designs excite me because they are shapes near to my heart. No surprises though. You can guess from the pictures what the 2 shapes are!
And of course, like everything else I make, there is lots of color and lots of different fun fabrics.
So by showing a sneak peak of the blocks I hope this will motivate me to finish the quilt top and get this little project to the quilter. And if I'm lucky she'll sneak me in between other projects and I'll be ready to photograph it next month. I know I will miss working on this when I send it to the quilter because it has been So MUCH FUN to make. Even if no one else loves it, I do.
