New Year Fabric Friday

Yes, Santa brought me fabric. Well, Mrs. Santa. ahem. Sometimes a girl has to take care of herself.
Love my Lecien from Fat Quarter Shop. I'm not sure what I'll do with it yet but it is very pretty. And what exactly is the correct pronouciation to Lecien? Anyone?
I really like the fairy folksy feel to this novelty fabric. The little doggie, the little house with the cat on the top and of course the fruit and flowers are shown off so sweetly.
The grid of daisies will make this fabric work well in many of my started and dreamed about projects, I'm sure.
Strawberries! Gotta love them. I really have quite a few prints with strawberries. I think I prefer strawberries to cherries.
My favorite of the bunch is this little lacy bouquet in several color ways. It is just very sweet.
I also got just a few 1 yard cuts. This patchwork fabric with strawberries, cherries, dots and little houses can be fussy cut or left as is.
I usually don't go in for Bambi prints but for some reason this print really attracted me. And I also got a 1 yard cut of the white strawberries above. The small details in the above prints drew me to them. It is hard to tell how cute they are from my photos.
Can you see the sweet little stamps with birdies, bees, houses, ladybugs, flowers and more all over them. Another one I'm not sure how to use, but oh how fun thinking about it.

I'm binding a quilt this weekend. More on that Monday.

lots of fun fabric! I have a Lecien sushi roll. If I need some extra fabric looks like the fat quarter shop is a good resource.

Oh how fun! I have some fun fabric too. The Dick and Jane fabric. I am actually trying to collect it so I can make something one day when I learn more. I love your goodies and can't wait to see more.

Ooh, love those fabrics!! All of them. I believe Lecien is pronounced "loo-SHEN," from what I've heard in blogland. I always thought it was "Luh-see-EN."

I think I heard PKM pronounce Lecien in one of here video posts sometime? I had been saying it wrong!

Just curious......what amount do you usually buy of the great prints you have in your stash? I know you mentioned just getting one-yard cuts of some of them above....so I guess you usually buy bigger pieces most of the time??

Love all the goodies- those strawberries are to die for! Yum. I second what Jen said- Loo-shen. Definitely a tricky name!

Visiting with you always leaves me breathless!

By chance, is "lacy bouquet" the name of the brown/pink fabric collection? I simply must have it!

Very good, Nanette, you always ask the same question that has been haunting me only I never ask because who in blogland would hear me pronounce incorrectly anyways. But I am happy to know I am in the right company.
