My market projects will have jumbo rick rack int he seam of the binding. Under the binding is the back my table topper. I really like the quilting pattern.
This is one of my faux buttons from the fabric I showed last week. I put it on the center of a block in my table topper.
This little poodle is from my stash of embellishments. I stitched it on the skirt of a little dress. I can say one of my market projects is a baby quilt from my "All Dressed Up" quilt pattern using the new "Everything But the Kitchen Sink" fabric.
Another little dress embellishment above. My hands are a little sore from all the applique and binding I've been doing. I also finished the binding on Wendy's trade quilt from "Freda's Flowers". Maybe I'll show pics from that tomorrow. I also got some cute stuff in the mail I will show this week and I got my "Jelly Roll Sampler" quilt back from Wendy to show you (if I get a chance to bind it).
It is another busy week!

Lots of cute peeks Nanette!
Love the "sneak peeks". I'm looking forward to seeing your jelly roll sampler quilt. I only got the first three or four cut out but not stitched. My fabric choices just weren't working for me. I think they will become a tabletopper or possible a couple of totebags to donate to the women's shelter.
So much fun going on in your sewing room. :-)
Oh I so love peeking! And what cute peeks you have my dear ;0)
Will you be at Market in Houston?
I'm sorry that your fingers are sore, but from what I can see, I know the rest will be fabulous!
I can't wait to see them when they're done!
Oh the poodle is awesome! I remember having them on a felt skirt with about 6 crinolines under the skirt! Poodle skirts...wonderful memory for me Nanette.
No wonder your fingers are sore!
So much to do in so little time... so sorry about the sore fingers, Nanette. Hope you are taking little breaks whenever possible. The embellishments and button accents are very cute! Can't wait to see your finished quilts :)
Thanks for the peeks. I will be making Freda's Flowers out of a Bliss Jelly roll, and it's going to be sooooo cute!
There's always so much sewing fun going on at your place. Nice peeks and I love the giant ric rac.
Can't wait to see them in person. I am sure that they are as unique as you are!
