This flimsy is getting so big that I can't really photograph very well. I had Mr. Hive stand and hold it for several shots even more terrible than this one, only to realize later that the camera wasn't on the right setting. I didn't have the heart to ask him to pose with it again. The whole top row was added Saturday as well as 2 side strips not visible in this shot. Anyone interested in making this quilt can go to Jina Barney's website for a free pattern.
Here is a not as terrible photo of the new leaf blocks along with a blue print strip added directly under the leaves and pumpkins and a little strawberry print right above the leaves.
You can see a little bit of a blue novelty strip I added down the length of most of the flimsy in the above right side of the photo.
This photo shows a better look at the novelty strip this time on the left side of the flimsy. Just one more month to go and this will be completed. I cannot wait to finish and take it to be machine quilted. I love Jina's design and this has really been an exciting quilt to make as I wait for the next month to be added.

Love how your quilt has turned out. Thanks for the link. I like your quilt so much I want to make one too.
This is turning out to be really cute because you have so many cute fabrics! It was tempting to start this but I have so many "started" projects that I just couldn't add another one. LOL!
Your quilts always have so much personality in them! You just seem to pick the greatest combos of color and prints! Love your quilt!
It's adorable - I love your style.
I love it, Nanette! Your style is wonderful...so happy!
I love your new concept on not getting behind...I'm going to have to adopt that one...lol.
I'm really liking how it's turning out...so cute Nanette.
Also, I recognise the new novelty print that you added to the side!
It looks really good there.
Thanks for showing us your progress...I always love seeing your darling quilts.

Looking very YOU, Nanette, and gorgous, whimsical, and sweet.
Yeah, thanks for the big hint! I got 3 months of a BOM done and now it has sat for three times that long. Shame on me! I'm hoping to bust that all out after Christmas when I have the entire week off from work (well, from one of my jobs anyway!)
That is going to be a beautiful quilt, and it looks like you've had lots of fun adding in some of your favorite fabrics.
I love it, Nanette! such a bright and happy quilt,,, very you!
With all you have had going on this year, I am so proud of you for keeping up. What a great quilt!
Wow! That is gorgeous! Can't wait to see it finished! It is awesome that you stuck with it! I am hoping to do a monthly quilt project someday.
I love this quilt BOM - and glad to see someone else changed a few elements. I have done this one too, but like the size of the top at the end of Oct, so I am not adding the last few rounds.
I love all your fabrics. You really are so good at combining them. I've wanted to make this since you showed it the first time. Oh that there were more hours in the day.
I start out with the very best intentions of keeping up ..... but I always end up dragging the chain lol.
You've done a fabulous job on this quilt Nannette, it's SO pretty :o).
Hugs,
Joy :o)
Terrific news that you are still keeping up with this one! It is looking wonderful.
It is playful and whimsical! The border strips are so cute! You make magic with fabrics, Nanette. It is a very pretty quilt :)
Hello Nanette, sew if I am to understand, each month ,it is a different theme, same blocks but a row of them...what looks like the same fabrics??? lol. gee I am simple..
Oh HAPPIEST of quilts, Nanette! Talk about a pick-me-up. We are having a dreary, damp, cold morning -- seeing your festive quilt has brightened things up considerably!
What a concept! Keep up! Your quilt is going to be great. Way to go putting it together. Can't wait to see the whole thing.
I love this quilt. Thanks for posting the link to the pattern.
Is there going to be a Dec. block? I have saved all the blocks so far and plan on making this one.
Yours is beautiful.
