First 5 Family Retreat Quilts nearly done

I was really excited to go pick up the first 5 quilts that were back from the quilter from our family retreat last month.  I'm still feeling so happy about the fun we had and it was so nice to get the quilts back and admire them.  I stitched the binding to the front of the quilts and then hand stitched around one corner to get the girls a starting spot to finish up their little quilts.  Now I just have to mail them off.
This is my sister Michelle's quilt.  I love it.  She used the jelly roll Fandango
This is her daughter Jennifer's quilt.  It turned out really cute.  I don't remember which jelly roll Jen used.
This is Michelle's daughter-in-law Melanie's quilt.  I really want some of this Dream On fabric.

This is Michelle's other DIL Amber's quilt.  It couldn't be cuter.  I think she used the Frolic jelly roll.
This is my sister Paula's daughter, Tricia's quilt.  She used the same jelly roll as Amber.  I love them both.

It was all so much fun and it is great to see these quilts get finished.  I know there are more to come.

I am just loving the idea that you used the same pattern and yet each quilt shows the makers personality! so fun!

The Freda's Flowers quilts are gorgeous! I cannot even imagine the fun you had making them with your family. :) Thank you for the compliment on the new A Scarlet Thread shop! I tell you, it had me sweating for weeks trying to decide how to lay out that store. Now I get to do the fun part- play and decorate! lol
If you ever get to Georgia, stop by for a visit!

I love how my quilt turned out. I still smile when I think of that weekend. Today I finished my mixed bag kit. It took me all day but it is done and it is so cute. I think I used to stiff of an interfacing but I love it. Thanks so much for the kit. I was proud of my self for following he pattern so well. Your instructions were great. Love you, Michelle

This is what I love about fabric. Take one design.....change up the fabrics and you see a whole different look. On first glance, you would not know that Amber and Tricia used the same fabrics. Love it! I though I could pick a favorite but I like them all. You are awesome to have added binding for everyone!!!
