A quilt retreat! How fun!!! I hope you have a great time. I wanted to see if I could get together with you while I was in town babysitting my sister's kids...but I soon realized that "the little darlings" needed more of my attention that I had planned! Anyway, I did manage to get to Material Girls today and had a nice visit with the owner and we talked about how much we love you and your blog....and then I did some serious damage to my bank account! Why is it that I can't go in there and just LOOK!!! I LOVE that shop and everything in it...and she has some new "happy" fabric that is due in any day now, can't remember the name of it but she had some blocks made from it on the wall and I was practically drooling over them...oh well, maybe next trip. I can't wait to see what you make at your retreat! xo, The Other Nanette

Bryce Canyon in winter...sounds cold and beautiful. I was there once just after it had snowed in the spring.
