Laurel, our resident gadget girl, showed the Moda pencils that come in all color lead for tracing applique. I have one and I really like it.
Terrible picture, I know. Sorry. Moana substituted for Jina (just home from China!) and brought our May Flower block for the 2010 Alpine Group quilt. More on that later when I get started - maybe next week (my April baskets are done but have to be sewn to the building of the quilt still).
Here is Syd's 2009 Alpine Quilt Group. I MUST get mine done. Syd's is made with mostly wools. I love it.
Judy always makes the most fabulous quilts. I love this fabric. Just spectacular.
This is made from a pattern by Leslie and Norma at Remember When Patterns. They are talented and sweet gals.
This is a really cute bag but the photo is really bad.
Congrats to Kim! She's featured in a Moda add about their patterns on Moda Bakeshop. Yayy Kim.
She made some aprons that are the cutest things. I wanted to steal them. They are cute enough to be framed.
Look at this one! So sweet. She gave one to her new daughter-in-law to symbolize cutting the apron strings.
Stay tuned. Tomorrow Rae Ann and her aprons!

And......as always.....you are right....quilts full of inspiration. Love those aprons. I have aprons I made when I first got married. I should frame one just for fun. :-) Looking forward to Rae Ann's aprons tomorrow!
Hi Nanette...
great show and tell. I love the yellow and gray quilt.
I wasn't able to come but I really wanted to see Rae Ann's presentation...I will see it through you tomorrow!

Hi Nanette wonderful quilts I love them all but the One Judy made just took my breath away.
So fun to see all the beautiful projects. I love your new header, by the way. Very nice!!
What a beautiful group of projects! How fun.
I love your new header design too.
Even with the occasional "bad" photo, your group really shines!!! I am fascinated by the quilt that is black, white, grey and yellow...neat combination of colors that I've not seen in a quilt before. I love everything else, of course, but that really caught my eye as a new combination of colors to use!
Some wonderful quilts and those aprons are so cute. Kx
Beautiful! Fabulous quilts and things. Those aprons look like ones you might make...so cute!
It is nice to belong to a group
thanks for sharing your show and tell. So inspiring.
I loved seeing the quilts I missed because I was late to show and tell. I'm glad you liked the aprons I made. I fell in love with the fabric.
I tell you this every time and I'm starting to feel like a broken record -- you're SO lucky to have such a wonderful group! Looks like some great quilts there!
by glory! your quilt shows are so inspiring Nanette! I always want to run out to the sewing room and get cutting! And yay! to Kim! Wow - that's so awesome.
You just always show us the prettiest quilts and things, and I love them all! Those aprons are darling!
Great quilt show!! Your right, those aprons are adorable.
Nanette, anytime you post about ya's Alpine meeting I'm here to see all the projects. Love them.
You know how I love seeing pictures from That Alpine Group. You have such a wonderful group. Beautiful quilts and aprons.
Looking forward to seeing Rae Ann's presentation.
Lots of fun inspiration! Thanks for sharing!!
There are some awesome quilts there and the aprons are so cute. Not very practical for me since I get dirty on the top half but they'd make me look like a cook.
What a great group. Wonderful quilts and I adore the aprons!
So many beautiful projects! The aprons are so sweet! Thank you for the lovly pics :)
What pretty goodies! I love the yellow and gray quilt. Very fun and unique. Thanks for sharing:)
A very talented group you belong to.
I like your new blog heading. Did you sew it or is it computer graphics. Nice either way.
