This quilt with rough edge machine applique greets you as you open the front door to the store. It is really unique and pretty. And I'm not really a butterfly person.
They always have really fun holiday displays with lots of fun ideas. At Halloween the whole village is decorated. It is so amazing. I can't even begin to tell you what it is like at Gardner Village during October.
I really liked this interesting vintage lady wear quilt. The detail work makes it so cute.
This paper doll quilt also caught my eye. Loved it!
They have a nice selection of fabrics and even have Japanese fabrics in novelty, florals and prints.
This little mini basket quilt caught my eye, too. It is just so sweet and would be really a fun and easy project.
Of course I loved the reproduction corner. I spent some time looking at each quilt and project ideas. They display their quilts so well there. This sweet taffy quilt was my very favorite quilt in the whole store. Lori told me she has this pattern and wants to make it too. Someday I am going to make this quilt! I just love it.
I will say that our area has the best quilt /fabric stores.

Looks like an awesome shop! I want that paperdoll quilt, wonder if I could find a pattern for it. Too cute!!
Such cute quilts, I also love the butterfly quilt and the paper doll quilt. Thanks for sharing with us.
You definitley have the BEST quilt stores! I'm thinking when those famous "This is the Place" words were uttered, quilt shops were the topic!!!
Nice. You are right, best quilt stores all up and down the Wasatch Front. When I went to Gardner's village there was so much I just kind of hazed through plus a relative was with me...so darn! That Bitty Baskets is my favorite!
You have so many nice stores. I haven't been to a shop with a nice selection of thirties in ages. We dont' got to stores much and lately I've really been missing it. xo
I love Gardner Village. My kids love to go see the witches at Halloween. They also love the free sample of fudge in the candy shop! Did you know the pattern for that Sweet quilt is on Moda Bake Shop?

this was a great feast for he eyes
I bought the mini-baskets pattern there, and I have the sweet taffy pattern. (It was a freebie). I can see your fabrics in all of those.
From what I've seen on yours and other blogs, I have to agree that you have some of the nicest quilt shops I've seen. I think it's a good thing we don't live closer. I'd be broke for sure...but happy!
It looks like an awesome shop!

I LOVE this store, but I haven't been there forever, they have the best fabric. I love all their quilt kits too!
Nanette, I am jealous of your quilt stores!! There are only one or two semi-near me, and they're just okay. Love that little basket quilt, and the taffy one!
I love Gardner Village it is a great place. And Pine Needles is a really awesome quilt shop. It was fun to see my quilt on your blog. The one above the mini baskets is mine.
